Margaret and Don Kim

Ministers of Music
SCBC's Margaret and Don Kim are the Ministers of Music. Margaret serves as Organist and pianist and Don as Choir Director. Margaret holds a Master of Music degree from Seoul National University, Graduate School and a Bachelor of Music in Church Music from Concordia College, Bronxville, New York. She has served as organist of various churches in Korea and the USA. Don is a graduate of Seoul National University, College of Music and the New England Conservatory of Music. He has sung in and conducted choirs of numerous churches in Korea and the USa.
Taylor Caruso Kirk

Solo Vocalist, Soprano
Taylor Kirk, soprano, studies with Kaori Sato and Bonnie Hamilton. She has performed with Purchase Opera in Carmen as “Micaëla”, and Die Zauberflöte as the “First Lady”, and Amahl and the Night Visitors as “Amahl” She has performed “The National Anthem” frequently for the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies and Race for the Cure. She was featured as the ‘New Young Artist of the West’ on Frontier Airlines and also performed the duet, “Somewhere”, for PBS with artist Steph Carse. She was also signed to a seven-album deal with Sony Classical at 15.
