Proverbs 27:17 "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend."
As our Director of Family Ministries likes to remind us, Steel Sharpens Steel and although most of us are not exactly hard bodies it does the soul good to get the men out once a month and enjoy each other’s company.
Events in the past have included food, community service projects, food, work projects, food, movie night, food, sporting events. We also will just occasionally get together and pick on one another’s golf game or fantasy football ineptness.
