Family, Youth & Children
Here is what families can expect in terms of their Sunday Church Experience....
Prior to the worship service, we have Bible study for all ages from kindergarten to adult. There is also nursery facilities with a trained caregiver to watch the babies and pre-schoolers.
At the risk of being too detailed here are the logistics: When you arrive at 9:15, you can drop your little ones off in the nursery and the other children will meet in the “Stage Area” downstairs at Fellowship Hall where they will be introduced to other kids, hear a morning devotional and spend a little time singing before dividing up and being sent off to their age appropriate bible study classes which we call Church School. The adults can head up to the Adult Bible Discussion Group.
Children are out of Bible Study at 10:15 and will join you in the Sanctuary for the Worship Service which begins at 10:30. Towards the beginning of the worship service, during the singing of the second hymn, children in grades K to 5th grades are invited to participate in Children's Church. Children's church includes singing, activities and biblical lessons which are age appropriate and stimulate the children to participate and take an active role in worship.
